Organisation & Branding
Make BookRabbit feel like part of your business. Organisation settings control your business identity, logo, brand colour and the appearance used across your workspace.

Open Organisation settings
Sign in to BookRabbit and open Settings. Go to the Business & Branding section for your organisation.

Add your organisation name
Enter the business or organisation name you want staff and customers to see throughout BookRabbit.

Add your logo
Upload your organisation logo. PNG, JPG and WebP formats are supported. Use a clear logo with enough padding so it displays neatly in the BookRabbit sidebar and branded areas.

Choose your brand colour
Select your main brand colour. BookRabbit uses this colour for buttons, active navigation, highlights and other interface accents.

Choose an appearance
Select Light, Dark or System. System automatically follows the device appearance preference of the person using BookRabbit.

Review your branding
Check the sidebar, navigation, buttons and dashboard areas to make sure your logo and brand colour are easy to read in your chosen appearance.

Update your organisation details
Add or update any other business details available in your organisation settings, such as contact information or resource terminology.

Save your changes
Save the organisation settings. The updated branding will apply across the organisation workspace for staff using BookRabbit.
